The apartment is within walking distance of a modern club offering facilities such as padel courts, fitness facilities, a children's club and a restaurant.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.

The comfortable living room features a Smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and allow plenty of natural light into the space, with views towards the sea and mountains.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.
The bedroom also enjoys views of the sea and mountains.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features 2 single beds (90 × 200 cm), large fitted wardrobes for clothes and personal belongings, and views towards the sea and mountains.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
Rooftop terrace
Stairs lead to the spacious rooftop terrace, which extends across the property and offers impressive 360-degree panoramic views of the sea, mountains and valley.
The terrace features a covered outdoor dining area with a table for 6 people, a barbecue corner equipped with a Weber gas barbecue, and several areas for relaxing in the sun.
At the front of the terrace, guests will find 2 additional sun loungers and a spacious corner seating area overlooking the sea, mountains and communal swimming pool.

The swimming pool is part of the shared facilities of the residential complex and is managed by the community.
Please note that we have no control over the swimming pool's opening hours, availability, maintenance, or any decisions made by the residential community regarding its operation.

Government measures, including drought or water restrictions in Spain, may result in temporary pool closures.
In exceptional circumstances, such as maintenance, repairs or water quality inspections, the swimming pool may also be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
We always do our best to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of the swimming pool during your stay. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided due to changes in opening hours or temporary pool closures.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is required before arrival. The amount must be pre-authorised using a valid credit card through the secure payment link provided before check-in.
Please note that debit cards and other payment methods cannot be used for this pre-authorisation. Completion of the security deposit pre-authorisation is mandatory before arrival.
