There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are “hidden” by doors that sit flush with the wooden wall panels along the edge of the dining area. The Master Bedroom is on the left and has a lavish ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower and a lovely bathtub. The second bedroom on the right has a double bed. The final bedroom is actually close to the entrance of the home and has a large single bed (120cm). There is a second shared bathroom with a shower.
The complex enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, and a very large communal swimming pool! There is also a dedicated parking space in the garage.
The location of this apartment really can’t be beaten, close to it all yet in a quiet residential space. Puerto Banús is only a 15 minutes’ walk away, so is the beach. You have a few restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, along with a supermarket. Marbella Old Town is 10 minutes’ drive away, and you have 4 world-class golf courses less than 5 minutes’ drive away (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta).
