The house is distributed over two floors with the main entrance on the top floor. Upon entry, you are greeted by the long hallway spanning the length of the home which branches out to all three bedrooms intersected by glass railings that invite you downstairs to the rest of this unique home.
The Master Bedroom sits snugly facing out towards the breathtaking views of the sea. This bedroom also has a pristine ensuite bathroom to accompany it, alongside a petite terrace to enjoy the undeniably serene sunrises and sunsets over this beautifully located home.
On this floor, you also find the two other bedrooms, both holding double beds to ensure your comfort and space, and they share a lovely separate bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, all finished in glossy grey marble.
Following the glass panels down the staircase, you are welcomed by a full-length open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area which further extends out into the terrace which also spans the length of the home. A small workstation sits comfy to the side.
On the terrace, you can enjoy a lounge area as well as an outdoor dining area for those long summer evenings.
The La Heredia urbanisation is full of life and has a delicatessen/bakery as well as an award-winning butcher, restaurant, and the ever-so-charming Heredian Bar. It also boasts two separate community swimming pools one of which is heated during the winter months for your continued enjoyment.
