Upon arrival, you're greeted by an expansive entrance that unveils an exclusive hall spanning multiple levels with ceilings reaching up to 6 meters high. Dominating the space is "Sophia Loren," a 12m2 wall mural paying homage to the iconic Italian actress after whom the villa is named.
The heart of Villa Sophia is undeniably its spacious kitchen, equipped with Wolf and Subzero appliances, complemented by two dining areas—one adjacent to the fireplace and another boasting sea views and vistas of the La Concha mountains. Adjoining the kitchen is a sprawling living area, providing a total of 300m2 of open space for relaxation and entertainment.
The crown jewel of the villa is the expansive 130m2 Master bedroom, complete with an outdoor shower and a private terrace offering breathtaking views.
Outside, a generously sized pool beckons with 20m of swimming lanes, accompanied by a separate hot tub boasting panoramic vistas.
